You'll be green with envy ;)

Thats right - Green! I am heading over to Denver today to meet up with my good friend Laura and a few of her friends to go see the play Wicked, which is playing currently at the Denver Center for the Preforming Arts till November 15th. Wicked, for those that may not know, is the story of the "Wicked Witch of Oz." But just remember, ever story has its own perspective, and this story tells the tail of a girl born green and her life growing up in school, befriending Glinda, the Good Witch of the North, and later having a run in with a girl who murder's her sister. It is based on the best selling book by Gregory Maguire, and set to the music by Stephen Schwartz (he also did the music for Pocahontas and the Hunchback of Notre Dame for Disney). I read the book back in 2006 (and both of the sequels since then) and have wanted to see the play ever since then. We are going to get all dolled up, go out to a nice dinner and then head over to the play. I am SUPER excited!! Hopefully I will have some fun, interesting stories when I get home (not to mention we are going to a Halloween party on Saturday and I think we will have some pretty good costumes!).
