As I made my first batch of grape jelly today I began to wonder how many people are canning out there? It seems that I know many people who are giving it a try this summer (and a few of you who have been doing it for a while). In a world where knitting is no longer a granny thing to do and with high concerns over the food we eat (where it comes from, how it is preserved/processed...)
