Roasted Green Beans with Garlic and Ginger
2 TBS extra-virgin olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves
1 TBS minced fresh ginger root
salt
fresh ground black-pepper
1 lb green beans, ends snapped off
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. combine oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a small bowl
3. Place green beans on shallow baking sheet. Drizzle oil mixture over
beans and toss.
4. Place baking sheet in oven and roast, turning beans once, until
lightly brown (around 15 min). Serve immediately :)
